Cause –Arson – multiple seats of fire throughout premises.

Liability – this wasn’t an issue but with almost one million plants destroyed, we had to produce a detailed file of documents to demonstrate the procedures in the nursery, comprising weekly watering, fertilising, humidity and temperature and growing records. This confirmed that the plants were of a good quality and helped support the claim
