Following the flooding of our premises in December 2013, our insurance brokers appointed Mr John Leivers to act on our behalf to deal with our insurance company regarding the claim.

I found Mr Leivers to be very competent and professional in the manner in which he dealt with myself and our insurers. Throughout the process, he was very helpful and collated all the information to present in a format that was easy to understand and acceptable to our insurers, ensuring nothing was missed.
