A long standing family business was badly damaged following a suspected arson attack. The investigation into the cause of fire was lengthy and complex and involved the insurers investigation team. Lengthy statements were taken from the family under our supervision and sufficient evidence was gathered to satisfy insurers that the policyholder was not involved in any way.

With policy liability secured we collated evidence to support the claim for damaged/destroyed machinery and stock, working with the machinery manufacturers and policyholders. The business was successfully reinstated and a full recovery made under the policy.
